
Team Departs for Florida Today

FC Dallas News Release
The Burn departed for Ft. Lauderdale, Florida today for 11 days of training and games vs. other MLS clubs. While in Florida, the team will play five games, with four of those against MLS squads. The team will return to Dallas on Thursday, March 6 and will train locally before departing on Wednesday, March 12 for two weeks of training and games in Chile.

BURN TOPS UAB SATURDAY AT DRAGON STADIUM
Dallas got a pair of goals from Jason Kreis as they ran their preseason record to 2-0-1 with a 2-0 victory over the University of Alabama-Birmingham Saturday at Dragon Stadium in Southlake. Kreis netted a goal in each half with Joselito Vaca registering the assist on both goals.

BURN TRADES LEE MORRISON TO KANSAS CITY
The Burn announced today that the team has traded defender Lee Morrison to the Kansas City Wizards for a conditional pick in the 2005 MLS SuperDraft. Morrison was selected in the first round (12th overall) of the 2002 MLS SuperDraft and saw action in three games in 2002, starting one.
