Published on August 6, 2010 under Southern League (SL1)
Huntsville Stars News Release
The Stars rallied from a 5-4 deficit with two out in the 9th to pull out another barnburner Friday night, 6-5. The Stars took four of five games from the Carolina Mudcats and remain one game out of first place. If you're not at the park witnessing this action, you're missing out on some of the best baseball that's been played all season. Tomorrow (Saturday) the Stars travel to Kodak, TN, to face the first-place Tennessee Smokies (Chicago Cubs). It's on, and this might be winner take all on the division title. Make sure you tune in to WTKI 1450 AM this weekend for the action with Chad Anderson and Company.
The Stars return home Thursday, August 12th.
Rock On!
