
67's to Open 2023-24 Season in Playoff Rematch vs Petes

OTTAWA - The Ottawa 67's will open the 2023-24 Ontario Hockey League season inside The Arena at TD Place, and it will be a playoff rematch against their rival Peterborough Petes.
Following their tightly-contested second-round playoff series, the Barber Poles will get another crack at Peterborough on Friday, September 29, at 7:00pm.
Ottawa is coming off their most successful regular season in franchise history, having finished 2022-23 with a club record 51 wins, and 107 points. With their first-place finish, the 67's earned their third Hamilton Spectator Trophy in the last four seasons.
At the individual level, Head Coach Dave Cameron was named CHL Coach of the Year, and defenceman Pavel Mintyukov took home OHL Defenceman of the Year honours. Cameron, Mintyukov, and forward Logan Morrison were named OHL First Team All-Stars.
The full regular season schedule will be announced tomorrow.
