50/50 Jackpot Guaranteed to Hit $60K at Friday's RedBlacks Game

OTTAWA-GATINEAU - The ante has been raised ahead of Friday's Ottawa REDBLACKS game, with the OSEG Foundation announcing Wednesday the take-home jackpot for the night's 50/50 draw will be at least $60,000.

In what will be the largest REDBLACKS 50/50 prize ever, fans can buy tickets live at the game or online. In honour the REDBLACKS 100th game (regular season and playoffs), fans can get 100 tickets for Friday's draw for $20.

All proceeds from the 50/50 draw will go the OSEG Foundation, which aims to ensure all children and youth in our community have the opportunity to play, learn and develop through sports.

"We're thrilled and extremely grateful to be able to offer this kind of prize to a lucky fan while at the same time making a large contribution to the Foundation," said Janice Barresi, Executive Director of the OSEG Foundation. "By guaranteeing the 50/50 prize, we're hoping to create an even bigger buzz on Game Day with more fans looking to get in on the fun, thereby helping to get more children and youth in our community off of the sideline and into the game "
