FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - 25 New England Revolution Academy players received invitations to the single-day United States Soccer Talent Identification Center on Wednesday, February 8 hosted by U.S. Soccer Talent ID Manager Rob Irvine alongside Youth National Team Network Scouts Brad Agoos, Kylie Stannard, and Bryan Harkin.
In the 2008 age group, Eli Ackerman (Natick, Mass.), Anthony Anduray (Merrimack, N.H.), Cristiano Carlos (Chicopee, Mass.), Grant Emerhi (Mansfield, Mass), Braydon Fagundes (Warwick, R.I.), Ryker Fauth (Milford, Mass.), Luis Fontalvo (Central Falls, R.I.), Joaquin Garcia-Zilinskas (Concord, Mass.), Cliff-Grova Rwabira (Portland, M.E.), Brian Norena (Revere, Mass.), Cristiano Oliveira (Somerville, Mass.), Hector Orozco (Arp, T.X.), and Tommy Tsouros (Bow, N.H.) all received invitations following the MLS NEXT Fall season.
Carlos led the U-15s with seven goals in the fall with Oliveira close behind, notching six. Fauth made 13 appearances with seven starts at the Under-14 level, contributing to five clean sheets.
"We're incredibly proud of our players for receiving well-earned invitations to this program," Director of Youth Development Rob Becerra said. "To have 25 Revolution Academy players selected speaks volumes to the talent within our Academy program, which is growing every day. We're excited for our players to continue earning these opportunities."
At the Under-14 level, 12 players will participate in the 2009 age group in Tyler Bergquist (Colchster, Conn.), Brian Brooks (Waltham, Mass.), Jonathan Cante (Pawtucket, R.I.), Zackary Chaib (East Boston, Mass.), Kaleb Oliveira (Somerville, Mass.), Reinner Fidelis (Peabody, Mass.), Alex Glassman (Westborough, Mass.), Nathan Jackson (Cumberland, R.I.), Kenny Mills (Brockton, Mass.), Luke Nuspl (Wayland, Mass.), Richard Owusu-Afriyie (Nashua, N.H.), and Judah Siqueira (South Easton, Mass.)

Designed to identify and evaluate top talent for Youth National Teams, IDCs aim to accelerate player development in a challenging environment. Taking place in Foxborough, the ID Center will be conducted while adhering to the strict U.S. Soccer Return to Play protocols regarding Covid-19.
