
2016 WHL Playoffs on Shaw: Round 1 Schedule

CALGARY, AB - The Western Hockey League announced today that WHL on SHAW's coverage of the 2016 WHL Playoffs will begin with the Round 1 series between the Prince Albert Raiders and the Moose Jaw Warriors across its Western Canadian network. Live games will be available to viewers across Western Canada on Shaw TV and Shaw HD channel 304.
Team Canada star and Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Brayden Point along with Dryden Hunt, the WHL's regular season goal-scoring leader with 58, will face 92-point man Reid Gardiner and Buffalo Sabres prospect Brendan Guhle in the series. In a high-octane Saskatchewan clash, the Warriors and Raiders are set to meet in an exciting Round 1 series.
During the series, SHAW's WHL Central will continue to provide highlights, exclusive features and news from across the WHL during the broadcasts hosted by Andy Neal.
