(Central Islip, N.Y.) - The three-time Atlantic League champion Long Island Ducks today announced that individual game tickets for the 2016 Atlantic League playoffs will go on sale Tuesday, July 19 at 10:00 a.m. The Ducks secured their 11th postseason berth in franchise history by clinching the First Half Liberty Division title on Saturday, July 2 with a 6-1 win over the Sugar Land Skeeters.
The Ducks will host Games Three, Four (if necessary) and Five (if necessary) of the best-of-five Liberty Division Championship Series at Bethpage Ballpark. Should they advance, the Ducks will also host Games Three, Four (if necessary) and Five (if necessary) of the best-of-five Atlantic League Championship Series. Promotions for playoff games will be announced at a later date.
Ticket prices for the 2016 Atlantic League playoffs will remain the same as regular season tickets at $12.00 for box seats (200 level), $13.00 for field box seats (100 level) and $15.00 for club level seats (400 level). Fans can purchase playoff tickets beginning on July 19 by visiting the Bethpage Ballpark box office, calling 631-940-TIXX, logging on to www.liducks.com, or via the Ducks mobile app, available for free on Apple and Android-powered devices.
Season ticket and luxury suite holders already have their playoff tickets included with their ticket package. For more information about becoming a season ticket or luxury suite holder, please call the Ducks ticket office at (631) 940-3825.
10-game mini plan holders will be receiving an order form via email with an option to purchase all six potential playoff games at the $9 discounted rate (25% discount) BEFORE tickets go on sale to the general public. Group ticket pricing for the playoffs will remain the same as during the regular season. Birthday party packages, pre-game and in-game picnics, luxury suites, Smokin Al's Party Deck and Trout Town Fan Can outings are all available for playoff games.
