
2014 Stingrays Training Camp Opens Monday

South Carolina Stingrays News Release
North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 22 seasons of hockey in the Lowcountry and proud ECHL affiliate of the Boston Bruins and Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL), open the 2014 training camp on Monday, October 6 and the camp closes Tuesday, October 14 with all on-ice sessions taking place at the Carolina Ice Palace in North Charleston.
During the camp, the Stingrays battle in two preseason games against South-Division rivals. On Friday, October 10, the Stingrays travel to The Cooler and Alpharetta Family Skate Center in Alpharetta, Georgia to take on the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7:00 p.m. and return to the Carolina Ice Palace on Saturday, October 11 to host the Greenville Road Warriors at 7:05 p.m. Saturday's matchup is open to Stingrays Season Ticket Holders only.
Training camp sessions at the Carolina Ice Palace are open to the public during Ice Palace business hours. The full on-ice schedule is as follows (schedule and times subject to change):
