
2010 Preseason Invitational Tickets On Sale Now

The dates have been set, the teams have been scheduled and now tickets are on sale for the fourth annual Oil Kings Preseason Invitational, presented by Elite Sportswear & Awards, at the Performance Arena at Servus Credit Union Place in St. Albert.
This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 4 and Sunday, Sept. 5, with the Oil Kings welcoming three Western Hockey League rivals to town - the Medicine Hat Tigers, Swift Current Broncos and Prince George Cougars. The Cougars take on the Tigers at 3 p.m. and the Oil Kings host the Broncos at 7 p.m. on Sept. 4, while the Broncos play the Cougars at 3 p.m. and the Oil Kings battle the Tigers at 7 p.m. on Sept. 5.
Tickets to the 2010 Preseason Invitational are $10 per day (admission to both the 3 and 7 p.m. games) and are general admission, with no assigned seating. Tickets went on sale through Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. today.
The Oil Kings kick off the 2010-2011 WHL regular season on Friday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. against the Red Deer Rebels at Rexall Place. Tickets to the season opener and all other Oil Kings games are available online at oilkings.ca or by calling 780-414-GOAL (4625).
