BROOMFIELD, Colo., Dec. 26, 2008 - Eddie Gill's bucket with 0.2 left to play lifted the Colorado 14ers to a 105-103 NBA Development League victory over the Utah Flash Friday at the Broomfield Event Center.

Josh Davis scored 18 points and six Colorado players scored in double-figures as the 14ers came from behind late in the game to notch the victory and improve to 7-3. The 14ers snapped a modest three-game Utah win streak and the Flash dipped to 5-6. Utah continues a four-game road swing at Iowa on Sunday.

The Flash led 56-49 at the half and 81-74 after three quarters in a game where the lead changed hands nine times and the two teams were tied on eight occassions. A layup by Gavin Grant gave the Flash a 94-85 lead with 6:29 to play before Colorado went on a 20-9 run to close out the game.

Cheik Samb, on assignment from the Denver Nuggets, gave the 14ers the lead for good at 102-101 by tipping in a missed Dominique Coleman three-point attempt with 1:23 left in the game. Baskets by Coleman and former Weber State star Eddie Gill in the final 53 seconds iced the game away for Colorado.

Coleman notched a double-double for Colorado with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Gill added 15 and dished out eight assists. James Mays and Samb chipped in 14 points apiece. Trey Gilder added 12.

Gavin Grant scored 22 points off the bench to lead the Flash. Boston Celtics assignee Bill Walker followed Grant with 19 points, Brian Jackson converted 10-of-10 free throw attempts and scored 18. Celtics assignee J.R. Giddens chipped in 12 for Utah.
