
Erie BayHawks Bounce Back with Win

ERIE, Pennsylvania, Dec. 14- The NBA Development League Erie BayHawks
(7-4) bounced back with a win in a seesaw battle with fellow expansion team the Reno Bighorns (1-11), winning 88-83.
Ivan Harris led the BayHawks with a game high 30 points, earning him adidas Player of the Game honors for the third time in five home games. The BayHawks also got a key offensive spark from Maureece Rice who came off the bench to score 18 points.
The Bighorns, who have struggled in early season play, got a balanced scoring attack with Antonio Meeking leading the way with 18 points and Dave Noel and Damone Brown each contributing 17 points.
Erik Daniels struggled from the floor, hitting just 4 of 18 field goal attempts, but still managed to pull off a double-double with 12 points and 16 rebounds for the BayHawks.
The BayHawks will square off against the Western Division leading Bakersfield Jam, Sunday, December 28, with a 7:00 pm tip off at the Tullio Arena. The game will feature $1 Smith Hot Dogs courtesy of Smith Provisions.
