Mudcats and Pelicans Postponed in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Tonight's game between the Carolina Mudcats and Myrtle Beach Pelicans at TicketReturn.Com Field has been postponed due to rain in Myrtle Beach. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on a yet-to-be-determined date.

Tonight's game was the final scheduled meeting between the two teams at TicketReturn.Com Field in the second half of the 2018 schedule. Therefore, the game will be made up as part of a doubleheader in Zebulon between July 24 and July 26 when the Mudcats return home to play the Pelicans at Five County Stadium..

The Mudcats will return home tomorrow night for game one of a new seven game home stand and game one of a four game series versus the Lynchburg Hillcats. The next home stand will also include three games versus the Winston-Salem Dash beginning on Wednesday, July 18.

The Carolina Mudcats are the proud Carolina League, Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. First established in 1991, the two-time Southern League Champion Mudcats are entering their 28th consecutive season of baseball at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, N.C. The 2018 season marks the first for the Mudcats under the ownership of the Milwaukee Brewers organization.
