Gwinnett Stripers News Release
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA - The Gwinnett Braves will help raise funds for Will Wagner, a Barrow County child diagnosed with brain cancer on Saturday, May 18. That night's 7:05 PM game against Louisville has been dubbed "Will to Win Night" at Coolray Field. Funds are currently being raised through the sale of G-Braves' tickets online at willwagnerswilltowin.com.
Each ticket purchased through the fundraiser costs $12, with part of the proceeds going to the Wagner family. Their goal is to sell 250 tickets for the May 18 game. Will is expected to throw out the first pitch prior to the 7:05 PM start, and his family will be treated to a Coolray Field Luxury Suite for the game.
