Boston Celtics Assign Jordan Mickey to Maine Red Claws

PORTLAND, Maine - The Maine Red Claws, presented by Unum, announce that the Boston Celtics have assigned Jordan Mickey to Maine. Mickey is expected to be in uniform tonight when the Red Claws take on the Delaware 87ers.
Mickey joins Demetrius Jackson on assignment from the Celtics in Maine. Mickey has played four games for the Red Claws this season, averaging 16.8 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.8 blocks per game. Last season, Mickey played 23 games with the Red Claws, averaging 17.4 points, 10.3 rebounds and a NBA D-League leading 4.4 blocks per game. He was named an NBA D-League All-Star and D-League Player of the Month for December 2015.
