Louisville Bats to Host Second Annual Halloween Night Saturday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Louisville Bats will host their second annual Halloween Night during their Saturday, April 27 contest at Louisville Slugger Field. First pitch against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, is set for 6:05 p.m. and gates will open at 5 p.m. Also Saturday, Jake the Diamond Dog is set to make his first of three appearances in Louisville this season.

Kids 12-and-under wearing costumes will receive free admission when accompanied by a full-paying adult. There will be trick-or-treating on the concourse from the time gates open until 7:30 p.m. Halloween Night will also feature a costume contest and the first 1,500 kids 12-and-under with paid admission will receive a Halloween Beanie Bear.
