
Knights Welcome G-Braves for Friday/Saturday Series

(Fort Mill, SC) - The Charlotte Knights return home to Knights Stadium on Friday, April 19 to open a quick two-game series with the Gwinnett Braves. The exciting homestand features a retro pennant giveaway, "Date Night at the Ballpark", thrilling post-game fireworks, a performance by the Charlotte Knights Dance Team, and more.
On Friday, the Knights will host the G-Braves in a 7:15 p.m. game with gates set to open at 6:00 p.m. Each Friday game this season features a special retro theme for "Flashback Fridays". The first 1,000 fans will receive a throwback Knights pennant as they enter Knights Stadium. The Knights will also welcome all couples to the ballpark for a special "Date Night at the Ballpark". For just $59, couples can enjoy a delicious three-course meal in a romantic setting overlooking Knights Stadium.
One night later, the Knights will conclude their two-game series with the Gwinnett Braves. Gates open at 5:30 p.m, with first pitch scheduled for 7:15 p.m.
Saturday's game features another dazzling performance by the Charlotte Knights Dance Team -- the KnightinGals. Everyone's favorite Minor League Baseball dancers will entertain fans with a special pre-game on-field performance, as well as a performance during the game. The Dance Team will be available to meet and greet fans throughout the evening.
After the game, fans will want to stick around for thrilling post-game fireworks, courtesy of BB&T Ballpark and News Talk 1110 WBT.
