The Screaming Eagles traded the 3rd round pick they received from Chicoutimi back to Chicoutimi for 16-year-old forward Nick Marois (1996-04-20). Marois, drafted in the 3rd round (49th overall) in the 2012 QMJHL Draft, has recorded 1 goal in 34 games this season. The 6'1, 175lbs forward represented Team Quebec at the 2013 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in Victoriaville/Drummondville, Quebec.
The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League's December trade period ends Tuesday, January 8th 2013 at noon.
