Today, RHP Alex Wilson was promoted to Double-A Portland. In 11 starts for Salem, Wilson went 2-1 with a 3.40 ERA, striking out 50 and only walking 15. Opponents hit just .212 off Wilson, who was one of five Salem Sox named to the Carolina League All-Star team.
