Marlies Sign Goaltender Beau Erickson To PTO Contract

Jeff Jackson, General Manager of the Toronto Marlies, announced today that the club has signed goaltender Beau Erickson to a professional try-out contract.

Erickson, 23, appeared in one game for the Marlies during preseason, picking up a 6-1 win against the Edinburgh Capitals on September 26 in Scotland. The Hinton, Iowa native played in five games with the Reading Royals of the ECHL during the 2008-09 season, earning a record of 1-1-2 with a 3.20 goals against average and 0.917 save percentage.
