Mississippi Braves News Release
Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves announce that the Atlanta Braves made a couple of moves affecting the M-Braves roster on Tuesday. LHP Kevin Gunderson was reassigned to AA Mississippi from AAA Gwinnett and RHP Cory Gearrin was reassigned to High-A Myrtle Beach from AA Mississippi.
Both hurlers have pitched well in their time in Mississippi. Gunderson was 1-1 with a 2.93 ERA through 29 games for the M-Braves while Gearrin was 1-2 with a 3.18 ERA through 18 games in Mississippi.
Mississippi's roster now has 24 active players with one player on the disabled list.
