The Tampa Bay Rays have made the following roster move affecting Double-A Montgomery prior to tonight's series opener against Birmingham:
INF Brandon Chaves activated from the Disabled List (Elbow) [24 + 1]
Chaves takes the roster spot vacated by Joe Gaetti's release from the organization and returns the Biscuits to the Southern League maximum of 24 active players. One player (Jason Perry) remains on the Disabled List.
