CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - It took 7.2 innings of baseball until the Suns finally got a hit against Lookouts starting pitcher Travis Wood in a 3-1 finish at AT&T Field in Tuesday night action.

Chattanooga scored their first run of the game in the first frame. With one out, Chris Heisey doubled to left and found his way home on a subsequent Chris Valaika RBI single.

The Lookouts augmented their lead in the third with two more runs. Drew Anderson began the rally with a single and advanced on an Eric DuBose (0-1) wild pitch. Heisey followed with a triple to score Anderson. After a Valaika ground out to short, Tonys Gutierrez blasted a double to right field, scoring Heisey.

Travis Wood took care of business on the mound, taking a no-hitter into the eighth inning. After recording an out, he issued a walk to Lucas May. After another out, Adam Godwin broke the no-hitter by slamming an RBI double.

Ramon Geronimo played with fire but failed to relinquish a run in the ninth, recording his second save for the Lookouts in the process.

Chattanooga will continue their five-game homestand against the Jacksonville Stars at 12:15 P.M., tomorrow. The Tickets for these games or any other Lookouts home game can be purchased at the Lookouts Box Office at AT&T Field, online at www.lookouts.com, or by calling (423) 267-4849.
