
Ryan Church to rehab with Senators

The Harrisburg Senators announced today that Washington Nationals outfielder Ryan Church has been added to the team on a rehab assignment. Church, who has a separated left shoulder and bruised cartilage in his right collarbone, is scheduled to be with Harrisburg from Friday through Sunday.
Harrisburg opens a four-game series in Altoona tonight.
Church, who was placed on the disabled list on June 30th was injured making a game-saving catch in a game at Pittsburgh.
This season, Church has played in 57 games with the Nationals and has a .325 average with 7 home runs and 28 RBI's. He also has a .381 on base percentage.
Harrisburg's roster stands at 23 active players with two major league rehab players in Church and Zach Day.
