July 17, 2025 - DETROIT, Michigan - Michigan Panthers offensive lineman Ryan Nelson has signed a contract with the National Football League's Los Angeles Chargers. Nelson was an All-UFL performer during the 2025 United Football League season. He started all 12 games for the Panthers, including the UFL Playoffs, in 2025. Nelson has played for Michigan for the past three seasons. He has seen action in 31 games for the Panthers, dating back to the 2023 USFL season. July 2, 2025 - DETROIT, Michigan - During the 2025 offseason, the Michigan Panthers will be making multiple appearances in Detroit and the surrounding areas. The offseason appearance schedule will take place from July through October and additional dates will be added at a later time. June 23, 2025 - DETROIT, Michigan - Tight End University announced the attendees for their position summit in Nashville, Tennessee this week, and among the invitees is Michigan Panthers tight end Jalen Wydermyer (pronounced WHY-dur-my-ur). June 17, 2025 - D.C. Defenders quarterback Jordan Ta'amu, Defenders linebacker Derick Roberson and D.C. wide receiver Ty Scott were named the OurSports Central United Football League Offensive Player, Defensive Player and Unsung Hero of the Week, respectively, for the UFL Championship Game.
