March 8, 2021 - BASEBALL Major League Baseball: MLB announced a delay in the start of the 2021 Triple-A season from early April to early May. The 2021 Triple-A season will also be shortened from 142 to 120 games. NBL Canada March 5, 2021 - After announcing that play would resume on March 12th, 2021, the NBL Canada board of directors have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020-21 season as a result of ongoing safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
