New Orleans Baby Cakes News Release
The Z's and Royals completed the suspended game from July 3rd.
Scott Thorman singled with the bases loaded to give the Omaha Royals a 3-2 win at Rosenblatt Stadium in 11 innings. Carlos Rosa pitched a perfect top of the 11th inning and earned the win. Z's Matt DeSalvo allowed three hits and a walk and suffered the defeat.
The Z's and Royals will continue the series at 7 PM tonight. The third game of the six game set.
