NASHVILLE, Tennessee - The Zephyrs committed a season high five errors and snapped a five game winning streak on Saturday losing to Nashville 9-5. Martin Maldonado ripped a two run home run and Caleb Gindl added three RBI for the Sounds. The Z's scored two first inning runs to jump out to a 2-0 lead. Nashville answered with four runs in the second inning to take the lead. A controversial obstruction call led to a run and extended the inning for the Sounds. New Orleans tied the game in the fourth with a Clint Sammons two RBI single. Nashville scored three in the bottom of the inning and two more in the fifth to earn their third win of the season. Amaury Rivas gets the win in relief and J.D. Martin takes the loss for the Z's.

Game Notes - The New Orleans bullpen streak of 34 innings was snapped in the fifth inning when Martin Maldonado hit a two run home run off of Beau Jones. The nine runs allowed was a season high for the Z's. The five errors were the most in a game since a 2002 game in Nashville. The 8-2 start is the best start for the Zephyrs in franchise history.

Coming Up: The Zephyrs and Sounds meet Sunday at 2:05PM. New Orleans will start RH Alex Sanabia (1-0, 0.64) against Sounds RH Wily Peralta (0-1, 2.45).
