ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico - The Albuquerque Isotopes rallied to defeat the New Orleans Zephyrs 11-8 in a wild contest on Friday at Isotopes Park.

Turner was the hero offensively for the Zephyrs. The Z's pitcher picked up three hits and drove home three runs.
Albuquerque grabbed an early lead in the first inning with Matt Angle sacrifice fly. The Z's put a couple of runs on the board in the fifth inning with a Turner RBI single. The Topes answered with a run in the sixth to tie the game at two.
New Orleans grabbed the lead in the seventh inning with another Turner RBI hit, a 2 run double. The Z's led the Isotopes 4-2. In the bottom of the seventh inning, the Zephyrs committed two errors and allowed three unearned runs. The Isotopes exploded for a six run eighth inning.
The Z's would rally to score four in the ninth inning but the rally came short as the Topes defeated the Z's 11-8.
