MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and General Manager, Doug Christiansen, announced today that Zac Lynch has been traded to the Wheeling Nailers for future considerations.

The Monarchs are the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Los Angeles Kings.

Lynch, 26, has played in 92 career ECHL games, all with the Monarchs. He has played 36 games in the AHL between the Portland Pirates, Springfield Thunderbirds and Utica Comets.

The 6-foot, 190-pound native of Pittsburgh, Pa., played four years at Robert Morris University, and was a Hobey Baker Award finalist in the 2015-16 season.

The Monarchs open the season on the road against the Brampton Beast on Oct. 13, before coming home on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. to play the Newfoundland Growlers. For tickets to Opening Night, Season Memberships and group tickets, please contact the Monarchs front office at 603-626-7825.
