
Youth Hockey registration this weekend

Amarillo, TX â The Amarillo Hockey Association Inc (AHAI) will be holding registration for its roller and ice hockey programs over the next two weekends.
Registration will take place on Saturday, Aug. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday Aug. 22 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Regency Room of the Amarillo Civic Center. There will also be two other sign-up dates on Saturday Aug. 28 from 10 am to 2 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 29 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. also at the Regency Room.
The fee for youth ice hockey this season will be $450. There may be a division of 4 and 5 year olds if there are enough children signed up to play.
During the four sessions, there will be also be registration for the Amarillo Gorillas Youth Hockey School from October 4 to October 7 at The Jungle in the Amarillo Civic Center. During the week of the hockey school, children will be able to learn from Gorillas Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations and Assistant General Manager Joe Ferras, Player-Assistant Coach Mark DeSantis as well as other select Gorillas players.
The fee for the camp is $95 and that includes a jersey.
