WICHITA, Kan. ¾ The 2nd Half Texas League North Division Champion, Wichita Wranglers, begin their championship run in the Texas League Playoffs on Sept. 5 in Tulsa. The Wranglers first playoff game at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium will be on Sept. 7 at 7 p.m.

All Playoff Tickets will be just $5, including all chair back seating in Lawrence Dumont Stadium. Every home playoff game will also feature $1 Hot Dogs. Every Wranglers home playoff game will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets purchased for games not played will be refunded by check or may be used for credit for the 2007 season.

There are five possible home dates for the Wranglers during the playoffs. The Wranglers would open up Games 1 and 2 in Tulsa on Sept. 5 and 6. The Wranglers would then return home for Game 3 on Sept. 7, and would play on Sept. 8 and 9 if necessary.

Limited edition posters featuring the Texas League Player of the Year, Alex Gordon, will be given to the first 1,000 fans in attendance to game 3 of the opening round on Sept. 7.

Should the Wranglers advance; we would host Games 1 and 2 of the Championship Series on Monday, Sept. 11 and Tuesday, Sept. 12. The Wranglers would then finish the season on the road in the South Divisions home ballpark on Sept. 14-16. Corpus Christi is the 1st Half South Division Champion, and Midland currently holds a 3.5 game lead on Frisco with 4 games to play in the 2nd Half.
