Las Vegas has lost a two-goal first-period lead three times in the series.
Las Vegas defenseman Dan Spang had a goal and two assists in his playoff debut in Game Three.
Bakersfield's line of Chad Painchaud, Dave Bonk and Mark Derlago have combined for five goals and ten assists in the series.
Around the ECHL - Playoff Update
The South Carolina Stingrays tried Charlotte in their series 2-2 with a 4-1 victory at home on Thursday night. Game Five is in South Carolina at 7:05 PM (EST) on Friday night.
Defending Kelly Cup Champion Cincinnati tied their series with Wheeling 2-2. The Cyclones won Game Four 4-3 in West Virginia on Wednesday night. The Nailers host Game Five on Friday night at 7:35 pm (EST).
The West Division Champion Alaska Aces were beaten by Utah in 3-2 in overtime on Wednesday at the E-Center in Game Three. The Aces lead the series 2-1 with Game Four on Friday in Utah at 7:05 PM (MST).
The Ontario Reign took a 2-1 series lead with a 5-1 win in Stockton in Game Three on Wednesday night. Game Four is Friday night in Stockton at 7:00 pm.
The Brabham Cup Champion Florida Everblades lost Game Three in Gwinnett, a 3-2 overtime win for the Gladiators. Game Four is tonight at 7:35 pm (EST). Florida leads the series 2-1.
The Victoria Salmon Kings are poised for a sweep of the Idaho Steelheads after winning Game Three Wednesday night in Victoria 9-2. The Salmon Kings lead the series 3-0 with Game Four on Friday night in Victoria at 7:05 PM.
Elmira claimed a 3-1 series lead over Trenton with a 3-1 Game Four win on Thursday night at home. Game Five is Saturday night at 7:35 PM (PST) in Elmira.
Wranglers in the AHL
ECHL playoff eligible Wranglers Matt Beaudoin and Tyler Mosienko remain in the AHL.
Matt Beaudoin and the Houston Aeros trail their best of seven series against the Peoria Rivermen 1-0. Beaudoin notched an assist in Game One of the series. Game Two is tonight in Peoria.
Tyler Mosienko and the Rockford IceHogs trail their best of seven series with the Milwaukee Admirals 1-0. Mosienko assisted on Rockford's only goal of Game One. Game Two is tomorrow in Milwaukee.
