Worcester Sharks Announce First Round Playoff Schedule

Worcester, MA - The Worcester Sharks (@WorcesterSharks), proud American Hockey League affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced their schedule for the first round of the best-of-five Easter Conference Quarterfinals series against the Hershey Bears.
The Worcester Sharks (41-29-4-2, 88pts) are the number 7 seed and will play the number 2 seed and East Division Champion Hershey Bears (46-22-5-3, 100pts) beginning with Game 1 at the DCU Center on Friday, April 24 at 7pm.
Game 1 Friday, April 24 Hershey at Worcester 7pm
Game 2 Saturday, April 25 Hershey at Worcester 7pm
Game 3 Wednesday, April 29 Worcester at Hershey 7pm
Game 4 Friday, May 1 Worcester at Hershey 7pm - if necessary
Game 5 Sunday, May 3 Worcester at Hershey 5pm - if necessary
This will be the first ever playoff matchup between the Sharks and the Hershey Bears. Worcester went 2-2-0-0 vs. the Bears in the regular season.
Worcester Sharks full season ticket holders will receive tickets for the first round of the playoffs for free. Flex Pack holders will receive a free pair of tickets for the first home game of the playoffs.
Discounted ticket packages are available now through the Worcester Sharks front office, by calling 508-929-0500, or at the Fan Assistance Table at Worcester Sharks home games.
Individual tickets will be on sale at the DCU Center Box Office and all Ticketmaster outlets which includes a BOGO (buy one, get one) ticket offer.
