The Wolves current five-game win streak marks the first time they have won five in a row since Jan. 6-13, 2012, a span of 131 AHL outings; the last time Chicago has won six consecutive tilts was part of an eight-game winning streak from Feb. 9-21, 2010.
WOLVES HEADLINES
--- DMITRIJ JASKIN: Shared the team lead with 2 goals and 4 points in three games last week ... Also fired off 20 shots in three games last week, which accounted for 27.4 percent of the Wolves shots (20 of 73) ... Tallied 6 points (3G, 3A) in eight games this season despite missing eight tilts due to injury from Oct. 13 to Nov. 6 ... Shared fourth in the QMJHL with 46 markers and ranked fifth in the league with 99 points in 51 games with the Moncton Wildcats last year; he also ranked 15th in the QMJHL with 53 assists and shared 12th with 13 power-play goals ... Skated in two NHL games with St. Louis last year at the conclusion of his junior season
--- JAKE ALLEN: Pushed his personal win streak to four games with a pair of victories last week, one win shy of tying the longest winning streak of his AHL career ... Registered an 8-3-1 mark, 2.24 goals-against average and .928 save percentage in 12 games this season ... Recorded a 9-4-0 mark, 2.46 goals-against average, .905 save percentage and one shutout in 15 NHL games with St. Louis last year en route to being named to the 2013 NHL All-Rookie Team ... Appeared in 35 AHL contests with the Peoria Rivermen last season, earning a 13-19-2 record, 2.89 goals-against average, and .904 save percentage
--- TAYLOR CHORNEY: Accumulated 3 points (SHG, 2A) in three games last week ... Earned 5 assists, 6 points, and a +7 plus/minus rating in seven contests during the month of November after being held scoreless and posting a -7 plus/minus rating in seven tilts during October ... Ranks third among Chicago defenseman with 6 points in 14 outings this season ...
Paced Peoria rear guards with 20 assists and ranked second among team defensemen with 24 points in 73 outings with the Rivermen last year
--- NATHAN LONGPRE: Netted a career-high 3 points (SHG, 2A) in the Wolves 4-3 win over Grand Rapids on Saturday and has collected 4 points (SHG, 3A) in his last two tilts ... Notched 2 goals, 4 assists, 6 points, and a +3 plus/minus rating in 12 games this season ... Registered 8 assists and 12 points in 53 games with the Wolves last season, his second as a professional ... Also tallied 3 points (2G, A) in four contests with the Peoria Rivermen after being loaned there on April 9
WOLF TRACKS
--- The Wolves battle their Amtrak Rival Milwaukee Admirals in Wisconsin for the third time this year on Friday; Chicago has won the first two meetings between the clubs after winning just two of the 12 tilts between the clubs last season.
--- Chicago snapped a four-game home losing streak by virtue of its victory over Grand Rapids on Nov. 16; the club will look to earn back-to-back wins on home ice for the first time this season when the Griffins return to Allstate Arena on Saturday.
--- Center COREY LOCKE collected 3 points (2G, A) in three games last week to push his team-leading point total to 13; the 29-year-old forward also shares first on Chicago with 5 goals and paces the squad with 8 helpers in 15 games this season.
--- The Wolves were perfect on the penalty kill for the eighth time this season on Saturday; Chicago has accrued an 87.7 percent efficiency rating on the penalty kill this season (71 of 81), which ranks fourth in the AHL.
--- Chicago has tallied a power-play goal in four of its six home games this year after bagging one on six chances against Grand Rapids on Nov. 16; the club has cashed in on nine of its 82 man-advantage chances this season (11 percent).

--- Wolves center PAT CANNONE will visit the Forest Park Public Library, 7555 Jackson Blvd, at 4 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 20, to kick off the team's "Read to Succeed" program, presented by Butternut Bread and J.U.L.I.E. Inc.
Members of the squad will make more than 25 library visits throughout the Chicago area this season for the program, which has reached more than 650,000 children since its inception in 1995.
