JOHNNY ON THE SPOT

Head Coach JOHN ANDERSON earned his 500th regular-season win behind the Wolves bench on Saturday. ANDERSON has posted a .627 regular-season winning percentage in 11 years with the Wolves, which includes 300 victories in the AHL and 200 wins in the IHL, and has led the franchise to three league titles during his tenure.

--- JASON KROG: Notched six points (3G, 3A) in four games last week to pus his AHL-leading totals to 35 goals, 62 assists and 97 points in 69 contests this season, all career highs ... Recorded 17 more points than the next-closest player in the league ... Collected at least one point in 54 of his 69 tilts this season, which includes 28 with two or more

--- ONDREJ PAVELEC: Held opponents to just one goal in two straight starts, which includes notching 38 saves on 39 shots in Saturday's win ... Surrendered one or fewer markers 12 times in 18 appearances since Feb. 8 ... Leads active AHL goaltenders with 29 wins - a franchise record by a Wolves first-year pro - and has notched a 2.59 goals-against average and a .916 save percentage in 43 contests this season

--- DARREN HAYDAR: Racked up 15 points (6G, 9A) in his last 11 matchups, which includes his 14th multiple-point outing of the season in Saturday's win (G, A) ... Netted 47 points (16G, 31A) in 42 contests with the Wolves this season and eight points (G, 7A) in 16 games with the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers

--- JESSE SCHULTZ: Registered five points (2G, 3A) in his last six matchups, which includes a helper on Saturday's game-winning goal ... Shares second on the squad with a career-high 37 assists and is tied for 16th in the league and holds third on Chicago with 59 points in 69 contests this season

--- COLIN STUART: Netted Saturday's game-winner, his first goal in 11 tilts ... Recorded eight assists, 13 points and a +10 plus/minus rating in 48 games with the Wolves this season, which includes four helpers, five points and a +8 rating in his last eight tilts

WOLF TRACKS

--- The Wolves are two points away from clinching their 13th postseason berth in 14 years; Chicago owns a 14-point lead for first place in the West Division and
ranks second in the AHL with 47 wins and 98 points, the most in franchise history through 69 games.

--- Center JASON KROG leads the AHL in goals (35), assists (65) and points (97) with 11 contests remaining on Chicago's regular-season slate; only two players in AHL history have ever won the offensive "triple crown" by leading the league in goals, assists and points.

--- The Wolves finish a five-game road trip at Rockford on Friday before hosting a pair of games at the Allstate Arena on Saturday and Sunday; Chicago leads the AHL with a .743 winning percentage on home ice this season (25-8-1-1).

--- Chicago's 3-1 win at San Antonio snapped a four-game losing streak, the squad's longest in 43 matchups.

--- The Wolves lead the AHL with 257 goals and 95 power-play tallies this season.
--- Twenty-five different players have lit the lamp for Chicago this season, which includes 18 of the 21 on the current roster.

--- Netminder ONDREJ PAVELEC notched 38 saves on 39 shots

--- Leading 3-0 after 20 minutes and 4-1 halfway through the game, the Wolves allowed four consecutive goals en route to being defeated, 5-4, against the Houston Aeros at the Toyota Center
--- Forwards KEVIN DOELL, JASON KROG and JORDAN LaVALLEE and blueliner CHAD DENNY scored for Chicago while goaltender ROBERT GHERSON notched 33 saves on 38 shots

--- The Houston Aeros tallied a power-play marker midway through the second period and rode a 26-save shutout performance from netminder ANTON KHUDOBIN to post a 1-0 victory over the Wolves at the Toyota Center

--- Tied 4-4 after two periods, the Wolves surrendered two third-period goals in a span of 41 seconds en route to being defeated, 7-5, by the Lake Erie Monsters at Quicken Loans Arena
--- Linemates DARREN HAYDAR and JASON KROG each collected a goal and two assists for Chicago, while goaltender ONDREJ PAVELEC posted 33 saves in the loss
