
Mark \'Big Sexy' Hayes Expected To Miss 4-6 Weeks

Syracuse, NY - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that popular in-game performer, Mark âBig Sexy' Hayes is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season with a dislocated right shoulder.
The injury occurred halfway through the second period of the Crunch's 5-2 win over Grand Rapids on Saturday, March 22. While performing his nightly dance routine and wearing firefighter's gear in honor of SERVPRO Salute to Firefighter's night, âBig Sexy' was injured attempting âthe worm', a dance maneuver commonly found in his routine.
The team is working with Adecco, the world leader in human resource solutions, to help find a temporary replacement for âBig Sexy'. Information on an upcoming try-out will be released at a later date.
The Crunch's next game is Wednesday, March 26 vs. Toronto at the War Memorial at Oncenter at 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473- 4444, stopping by the Oncenter Box Office, located on the State Street side of the War Memorial or by calling TicketMaster at (315) 472-0700.
