The Phantoms went 1-1-1-0 in three games last week. They split a home-and-home series with the Hartford Wolf Pack, falling 5-4 in overtime on Wednesday night and winning 5-4 in a shootout on Friday night. On Saturday, the Phantoms lost to Hershey 3-1 at the GIANT Center.
UPCOMING OPPONENTS
Friday, March 28- Phantoms vs. Binghamton Senators, 7:05: This will be the eighth and final meeting between the Phantoms and the Senators (Ottawa Senators) during the regular season. The Phantoms won the first four games of the season between the two clubs, but Binghamton has won three of the last four - two in regulation and one in a shootout. The Senators enter the week with a record of 32-27-8-4 for 76 points, which leaves them fighting for the East Division's final playoff spot. They are two points behind the Hershey Bears.
Sunday, March 30 - Phantoms vs. Hamilton Bulldogs, 5:05: This will be the second and final game of the season between the Phantoms and the Hamilton Bulldogs (Montreal Canadiens), who are the defending Calder Cup champions. In the first game between these two clubs, Josh Beaulieu and David Laliberte both scored their first AHL goals and Brian Boucher stopped 28 shots in a 6-0 win. The Bulldogs start the week with a record of 31-30-3-5 for 70 points, which puts them in 4th place in the North Division of the Western Conference.
Live audio and video broadcasts are available for every game at Phantomshockey.com.

SKATE WITH THE PHANTOMS THIS FRIDAY NIGHT
This Friday night is the team's Kids Skate with the Players following the game against the Binghamton Senators. All kids 14 and under who bring their own skates to the game will be able to skate on the Wachovia Spectrum ice with the Phantoms following the game. The Phantoms are unfortunately not able to offer skate rental for this event.
BOB CLARKE HALL OF FAME NIGHT THIS SUNDAY
Sunday is a very special day for the Phantoms, as the team inducts Bob Clarke into the Phantoms Hall of Fame before the evening's game against the Hamilton Bulldogs. Clarke becomes the fifth member, joining Frank Bialowas, Bill Barber, Neil Little and John Stevens. The Phantoms will wear special jerseys for this game, which are a replica of the 1967-68 Flin Flon Bombers, Clarke's junior team. The jersey was designed after Clarke's own jersey that is in the Hockey Hall of Fame.
These jerseys will be unveiled publicly for the first time during an appearance with Clarke on Good Day Philadelphia this Thursday morning at 8:15 AM.
The jerseys will be auctioned off after the game, which is a change from the April 6 date that is indicated on the 2007-08 Phantoms pocket schedule. There will not be a jersey auction on April 6.
BOB CLARKE TICKET PACKAGES STILL AVAILABLE
The Phantoms have two ticket packages available commemorating the induction of Bob Clarke into the Phantoms Hall of Fame on March 30. Both packages include four lower-level tickets to the March 30 game for the Hall of Fame induction, as well as an autographed Clarke item. One package also includes four tickets to the April 6 Phantoms game and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Wachovia Spectrum. For more information, visit Phantomshockey.com or call 215-465-4522.
BID ON GREENTREE'S GREEN STUFF
Kyle Greentree's green helmet, green stick and green jersey used in Friday night's warm-ups are currently up for auction on eBay at The Phantoms Attic. Net proceeds will be donated to an environmental charity through the Comcast-Spectacor Foundation. The auction ends Wednesday night a little after 8:30.
NEW FACES DON THE PURPLE
Two players made their professional debut for the Phantoms on Saturday night in Hershey. Goaltender Michael Teslak joined the Phantoms last week from Michigan Tech, while defenseman Jason DeSantis came to the team from Ohio State. Both have signed deals for the 2008-09 season. Also with the team are Flyers draft picks Rob Bellamy and Matt Clackson, but they have yet to appear in a game.
THAT'S WEIRD
There were parallels bouncing all over the place on Friday in Philadelphia. The Phantoms were tied with Hartford 1-1 after one period, were leading 3-1 after two periods, then went to overtime at 4-4 after the Wolf Pack scored three third-period goals. The same exact thing happened on Wednesday night. Wednesday, Hartford won 5-4 in overtime; Friday, the Phantoms won 5-4 in a shootout.
On Friday night, the Flyers were playing the New York Rangers, Hartford's NHL affiliate, at the Wachovia Center. The Flyers went up 2-0 in that game but the Rangers also came back and scored three third-period goals before the Flyers scored again to force overtime. The Flyers ended up winning 4-3 in a shootout about 15 minutes after the Phantoms did so at the Spectrum.
NOTES
Sunday's game against Hamilton is the last this season against an out-of-division opponent. The Phantoms will wrap up the year with eight straight games against divisional opponents in April.... Wednesday's loss was Philadelphia's first loss of the year when scoring four or more goals; they are now 20-0-1-0 in that situation. It was also just the second of the year when leading after two periods; the Phantoms are now 26-1-1-0 in that situation.
POWE NOMINATED FOR PLAYER OF THE WEEK
The Phantoms nominated center Darroll Powe for Rbk/AHL Player of the Week consideration this week. Powe scored a shorthanded goal on Friday against Hartford, one of about eight or nine shorthanded chances he generated in last week's three games with aggressive backchecking on the penalty kill.
