Wolves Host Battalion & Knights

The Sudbury Wolves will look to build off their improved play as of late as they host the North Bay Battalion and London Knights this week at the Sudbury Arena.

The Wolves will host their Northern Rivals, the North Bay Battalion on Wednesday February 11 at 7:00pm. The Battalion features a number of star players including 6 NHL drafted players. They are led upfront by LA Kings prospect MIKE AMADIO, Dallas Stars prospect NICK PAUL and Columbus Blue Jackets prospect NICK MOUTREY.

Wednesday's game is sponsored by CAMBRIAN COLLEGE. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a pair of socks for the CAMBRIAN COLLEGE SOCK TOSS. One lucky fan who throws their socks into the CAMBRIAN COLLEGE VEHICLE will win a GO PRO Camera courtesy of CAMBRIAN. Socks will be donated to the Samaritan Centre.

The Wolves will host the London Knights for the one and only time this season on Friday night. Game time is 7:30pm. The Knights are led up front with superstar power in MAX DOMI, MITCHELL MARNER and CHRISTIAN DVORAK. DOMI helped lead Team Canada to their Gold Medal at the 2015 World Juniors and was selected in the 1st round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by the Arizona Coyotes. MARNER leads the OHL offensively this season with 94 points in 47 games and is highly ranked in this year's NHL Entry Draft. DVORAK was selected by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2nd round of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft and sits only one point behind Marner in league and team scoring.

The Wolves will hit the road Sunday for a pair of back-to-back road games as they make stops in North Bay on Sunday to visit the Battalion and Oshawa on Monday to battle it out with the Generals on Family day. Both games are set for 2:00pm. Fans can follow the Wolves on the road by tuning into the live play-by-play with Stew Kernan and Mike Poirier on KFM 95.5 or watch on Eastlink TV, Channel 10.
