September 28, 2015 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Sudbury Wolves News Release

The Sudbury Wolves will continue their four-game homestand this Friday, October 2nd, 2015 at 7:00pm when they play host to the Kitchener Rangers. It's another double-header home weekend for the Wolves as Sunday afternoon the team faces off against the Sarnia Sting at 2:00pm at the Sudbury Arena.

This will be the Kitchener Rangers only visit to the Nickel City this season. The team is led offensively by 2014-15 leading scorer, and second round pick of the Arizona Coyotes, RYAN MACINNIS. The son of Hall of Famer Al MacInnis is looking to build on his 62-point campaign from a year ago. The Rangers also acquired the St. Louis Blues fifth round pick, goaltender LUKE OPILKA. The 18-year old goaltender committed to the Rangers this past summer and will help give his team some stability in the crease.

Friday's game is the Sudbury Wolves Annual Magnetic Schedule Night. Fans can pick-up their fridge magnet in the game night program, while Season Ticket Holders can pick up their complimentary fridge magnet at the WolfPack Table behind Section 1. This year's magnetic schedule features Arizona Coyotes Prospect KYLE CAPOBIANCO.

The Wolves will hit home ice once again on Sunday to host the Sarnia Sting who will also be making their only appearance in the Nickel City this season. The Sting are led by projected top three overall pick in this year's 2016 NHL Entry Draft, JACOB CHYCHRUN. The 6'2" defenceman scored 33 points last season in just 42 games for the Sting. Chychrun will be an important part to his team this season, and will be looking to solidify his draft ranking.

Sunday's game is sponsored by Greater Sudbury Fire Services and First Alert who will be on hand to promote the kick off of "Fire Prevention Week". There will be many giveaways for fans throughout the game including row giveaways and mini sticks for kids. Fans are encouraged to visit their display in the lower lobby for a chance to win more great prizes.

Tickets for both games are available for purchase at the Sudbury Arena Box Office, by calling (705)-671-3000 or online at greatersudbury.ca!
