Wolverines Take on Brown Bears in Kenai
April 15, 2023 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Anchorage Wolverines News Release
The Anchorage Wolverines overcame a multi-goal deficit to send Friday's game to a shootout, but ultimately lost to the Kenai River Brown Bears 5-4. Eino Rissanen made an impressive 48 saves in net for Anchorage and was not beaten until the fifth round of the shootout.
Are you thinking about heading down to Kenai this weekend, but don't want to be the only Wolverines fan there? Well, don't you worry! This weekend, we will have a large group of Wolverines staff and fans at the games. Both nights, the games will have an AWAY feed on HockeyTV, so make sure to tune into the AWAY feed to hear all of Issac & Danny's commentary through the night.
TODAY, there will be a Wolverine's tailgate happening right outside the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex before the game. Look for a big Wolverines flag and our broadcast team who will be hosting.
