Wolf Pack's Annual "Golf for Kids" Tournament Set for Tuesday, October 9th

HARTFORD, September 17, 2007: Northland AEG LLC announced today that the Hartford Wolf Pack Community Foundation, Inc. will hold its eighth annual "Golf for Kids" tournament Tuesday, October 9th at Rockledge Golf Club in West Hartford, CT. Proceeds from the event benefit The Children's Cancer Fund at Connecticut Children's Medical Center (CCMC).

All of the Wolf Pack's players and coaches will be hitting the links for the tournament, and each participating foursome will have a Wolf Pack player or coach golfing with it. Shotgun start at Rockledge Golf Club is 12:30 PM. The 18 holes of golf will be followed by a dinner and silent auction, starting at 5:30 PM.

The fees for the Wolf Pack Golf for Kids tournament are: $500 for a foursome, $125 for an individual player and $35 to attend the dinner only. The Wolf Pack open their 2007-08 American Hockey League season Saturday, October 6th at the Hartford Civic Center, with a GEICO Connecticut Cup battle vs. the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (7:00 faceoff). That is "Everyone's a Kid Night", with all fans being able to purchase seats for opening night at the kids' price of $10 each. Single-game tickets for all home games of the Hartford Wolf Pack's 2007-08 American Hockey League season are on sale now, at the Hartford Civic Center Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations, including Filene's at the Buckland Hills Mall and at the Westfarms Mall.
