Abbotsford Heat News Release

Moline, IL- The Quad City Flames regretfully announced today that the '30 Days of Hockey' event scheduled for today, the unveiling of the team's jersey, has been delayed. Flames jerseys are still in production and will be unveiled upon their arrival in the Quad Cities.

"We certainly understand the great demands on Reebok / CCM. They are responsible for the production of new Edge jerseys for every team in the National Hockey League and the American Hockey League, and, understandably, that has caused some delays," said Flames President Tim Taylor. "Unfortunately, the fans will have to wait with us for the unveiling."

The Flames are only 19 days away from Opening Night 2007 on October 6th vs. the Rockford IceHogs. The '30 Days of Hockey' continue tomorrow as the team hosts a 'Puck Drop' at participating sponsor's locations. Keep checking qcflames.com for updates on the '30 Days of Hockey'.
