Sharks Announce Individual Tickets On-sale Date

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced today the special events for week two of the 30 Days of Sharks Hockey. There are currently 26 days remaining until the Sharks Home Opener on October 13th at the DCU Center.

On Tuesday, Sharks staff and FINZ will visit Saint Vincent Hospital Day of Caring from 12-1 p.m. Later that night, the San Jose Sharks will take on the Los Angeles Kings in their first preseason game of the year.

Wednesday Web Chats will debut on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 pm on Sharksahl.com. First on the docket will be Eric Lindquist, the newly hired radio voice of the Worcester Sharks. Lindquist joins the Sharks from the Long Beach Ice Dogs of the ECHL and will field questions for a half hour. This will be Sharks fans first opportunity to get up close and personal with Eric.

Finally, the most exciting event of the week will take place on Saturday in the DCU Center Box Office Lobby. Individual tickets for the 2007-08 regular season will go on sale promptly at 10:00 AM with FINZ and Sharks staff on hand with coffee, donuts, bagels, raffles and games. Fans are encouraged to bring the family and enjoy the party while purchasing tickets for Opening Night on October 13th.
