After Saturday's rainout, the Dash will play a doubleheader on Sunday at BB&T Ballpark against the Wilmington Blue Rocks. First pitch for game one is set for 1 p.m.

DASH WIN SUSPENDED GAME
Completing a suspended game from July 3 at Frawley Stadium, Winston-Salem eked past Wilmington 12-11 in 11 innings on Saturday night at BB&T Ballpark. After both teams scored three runs in the 10th inning, Ti'Quan Forbes provided the knockout blow. With Nick Madrigal on second and two outs, Forbes grounded an RBI single through the right side to put the Dash ahead 12-11. Mike Morrison ended up earning the win by stranding Rudy Martin on third base by retiring Meibrys Viloria on a flyout to center. In total, the contest ended up taking over four hours to be completed.
DASH, BLUE ROCKS TO PLAY TWO
Due to continued lightning in the area, Winston-Salem's scheduled seven-inning game against Wilmington on Saturday at BB&T Ballpark was postponed. The postponed game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday, beginning at 1 p.m. Both games will be seven-inning contests. Left-hander John Parke is set to take the hill in game one of Sunday's doubleheader, while right-hander Luis Martinez is scheduled to start game two.
CHASING HISTORY
With 17 games left in the regular season, Winston-Salem has an opportunity to clinch the best record in the Dash era (2009-present). The best mark in the franchise's history was set in 2012, when the Dash went 87-51-1. To surpass that mark, Winston will need to go 14-3 or better the rest of the way. The 2012 team included Yolmer Sanchez, Chris Bassitt and Marcus Semien.
HOLY PROSPECTS
Winston currently boasts nine of the top prospects in the Sox system per MLB Pipeline on its roster, including infielders Madrigal (No. 4), Gavin Sheets (No. 15) and Laz Rivera (No. 28), outfielders Luis Robert (No. 3), Blake Rutherford (No. 7) and Luis Gonzalez (No. 14), and right-handers Alec Hansen (No. 10), Tyler Johnson (No. 23) and Lincoln Henzman (No. 30).

HOME COOKIN'
The Dash have won seven straight home contests, marking the first time Winston-Salem has won seven consecutive contests at BB&T Ballpark since 2012 when the Dash strung together nine straight victories from August 2-August 25. At 39-19 (.672) at the downtown facility, the Dash have the fourth-best home winning percentage in the Minors. Currently, Lakewood, the Low-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, have the best home winning percentage with a .716 winning percentage.
DASHING AROUND THE CIRCUIT
Having led the circuit the winning percentage for a majority of the year, the Dash still rank first in the Carolina League in runs (624), slugging percentage (.417), hits (1116), doubles (232), triples (41) and RBIs (585). On the mound, Winston ranks fourth in the circuit in ERA (3.65) and fourth in the league with 981 strikeouts.

Following a league-wide off day, Winston-Salem will square off in another doubleheader on Tuesday against the Myrtle Beach Pelicans...First pitch for game one against the Bird is set for 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
