Aberdeen Wings News Release
Your Aberdeen Wings (32-9-4-2) hit the road this weekend to take on the Minot Minotauros (25-13-1-6). The Wings will be looking to move closer to clinching a playoff spot, nut they will need to bring their A game with Minot in a battle for 2nd, or at worst hold onto 3rd. The Central Division is the only division to not have a team clinch a playoff spot so far. Aberdeen is the front runner with 70 points, 7 ahead of 2nd place Bismarck and 21 ahead of the 5th place Wilderness (49 points). With The Wilderness having a possible 24 points on the table the Wings could clinch a spot this weekend. But, more importantly the Wings have put themselves into a position to control their own destiny.
Puck drop for Friday & Saturday is scheduled for 8:05pm. You can watch all the action at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Aberdeen. Listen on 94.1 The Rock, HubCityRadio.com or The Rock App.
