New York Red Bulls News Release
HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. - The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO Harris Bank, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, unveiled the design of their official home and away team uniforms for the organization's inaugural season.
The home uniform, which will be worn during the 24 games played at the Sears Centre Arena this season, features a traditional white base and "BULLS" prominently displayed across the chest. The team will don red uniforms proudly displaying "WINDY CITY" across the chest on the road.
Both uniforms bear a strong resemblance to the iconic Chicago Bulls uniforms, including the same color schemes to reinforce the affiliation of the two organizations. Windy City's uniforms also incorporate the logo of the team's presenting sponsor, BMO Harris Bank, across the front of the jersey below the player's number.
The Windy City Bulls secondary logo is displayed on the right side of the shorts with the primary logo on the left side on both the home and road uniforms.
The jerseys, like the Windy City logos, were designed by the Chicago Bulls Creative Services staff.
Windy City's home uniforms will be on display for the first time on Friday, November 11 at the Sears Centre Arena, when the Bulls welcome the Long Island Nets for the season opener at 7 p.m.. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a commemorative Windy City Bulls Opening Night Hat, presented by BMO Harris Bank.
Entering its 16th season, the NBA D-League has expanded to 22 teams for the 2016-17 campaign. Fans interested in purchasing Windy City Bulls season tickets for the team's first season may visit www.WindyCityBulls.com or call 847-396-7070.
