Windsor loses to Power

OSHAWA, ON - The Express lost to the Oshawa Power 107-95.

The Express played for the third night in a row and picked up another loss to the Power.

As has become commonplace for the Express, a strong 1st quarter secured the lead 23-16.

While the Express had only 15 turnovers to the Power's 23 and outscored their bench by 18 points, this game was determined by shot accuracy. The Express shot at 38.55% to the Power's 46%.

The Power's Nick Okorie scored 30 points and was able to get off 6 3 pointers for the night; followed by Mark Gomillia with 20 points.

The Express fought hard as usual while Mike Helms led the team with 26 points and 7 rebounds, followed by Lester Prosper with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Chris Commons scored 15 points with 6 rebounds.

The Express will get a 5 day rest before facing the Oshawa Power on their turf again December 27th at the General Motors Centre 7PM EST. Tune in via LiveStream.
