
Willie O'Ree To Appear

Hockey pioneer, Willie O'Ree, the first black to play in the NHL will be in Tulsa this weekend. He will be at the Circle Cinema tonight, along with the rest of the Oilers, for free showings of Echoes of the Rink, the Willie O'Ree story.
The film will show at 6, 7, and 8 p.m. Fans will have the chance to meet with Willie O'Ree and the Oilers after each showing.
Willie O'Ree will also be on hand at each Oilers game this weekend Friday against Wichita and Saturday against Memphis at 7:35 each night.
