
Wildcats Suffer First Loss against the Sea Dogs this Season

After winning the first five meetings between the teams this year, Moncton loses game six 6-2 at home.
The Wildcats got off to a rough start with Saint John scoring three goals in the opening period courtesy of Luke Green, Bokondji Imama and Mathieu Joseph. The Sea Dogs would add two more to the board in the second before Moncton got their first of the night from Liam Murphy to make it 5-1.
Saint John scored their 6th goal of the night on a power play midway through the second.
Moncton's Adam Holwell recorded the final goal of the night on the power play from Cameron Askew in the third to make the final 6-2.
Blade Mann-Dixon and Sébastien Dupré were both in nets tonight facing 26 shots total, while Moncton directed 31 at Turcotte.
The Cats next home game is on Sunday December 13th with Rimouski is in town, puck drop 3:00 p.m. Don't forget it is also our Season Ticket Holders Skate with the Cats game so bring your helmet and skates!
