After their final trip out west, the West Michigan Whitecaps are returning home Tuesday for a 10-game homestand.
The homestand kicks off Tuesday, July 28 against the Burlington Bees at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday is the first ever 50 Cent Hot Dog Night at the ballpark. It's also a Big Top Tuesday with wardrobe change artists Quick Change. The duo, which performs amazingly fast costume changes, has been featured on America's Got Talent and the Late Show with David Letterman. Tuesday is a Bob Evans Senior Night. All fans 50 or better can purchase half off box or reserved seats.
Wednesday, July 19 is a Priority Health Wellness Wednesday. Fans are encouraged to stay for a post-game lap around the warning track and a Farm Bureau Insurance fireworks show. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
The series finale with Burlington is set for Thursday, July 30 at 7:00 p.m. Thursday is Beach Night at the ballpark. The Whitecaps will wear Hawaiian-print alternate jerseys. It's also an Altogas Thrifty Thursday, fans can purchase two hot dogs, 20 oz. beers, 22 oz. sodas and soft pretzels for $2 each. There will be a post-game party on the Miller Lite House Deck with Dennie Middleton.
The Whitecaps will have their hands full during their three-game set with Burlington. The Bees are in a tight race for the final spot in the Western Division playoffs and Burlington's roster boasts two top five Kansas City Royals prospects in pitchers Mike Montgomery and Tim Melville.
